At Varian Pharma, we are proud to operate two state-of-the-art manufacturing sites designed to ensure the highest pharmaceutical production standards.

Our first site in Eshtehard began construction in early 2020 and received GMP certification from the Iran FDA in 2022. This facility features two separate clean rooms that produce prefilled syringes and ampoules, spanning a total area of 1,000 m². Our ampoule filling lines have a daily production capacity of *** units, with plans to expand an additional 700 m² to increase our capacity further. The warehouse and weighing areas cover around 700 m², ensuring efficient storage and logistics.

Additionally, our quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) departments are housed in a separate building on the same site, with a total area of 700 m². Our QC section includes a physicochemical and microbiology laboratory equipped with various analytical instruments to guarantee the highest product quality and safety level.

Our second site, strategically acquired in 2024, is located in Kordan. This site is dedicated to the development of biopharmaceuticals and serves as an auxiliary facility to support our first site. With the potential to expand by another 1,500 m² and including a 1,000 m² warehouse, this site positions us for future growth and enhanced production capabilities.
