Solution for Injection: For subcutaneous injection only One Month Depot

Opioid Use Disorder: Administer subcutaneous injections based on the patient’s stable dose of transmucosal buprenorphine.
Chronic Pain Management: Follow the protocol for switching from transmucosal buprenorphine to buprenorphine ER.
Preparation and Administration: Remove from the refrigerator and let it reach room temperature (at least 15 minutes). Administer using the included needle. Rotate injection sites and ensure the subcutaneous tissue is free of skin conditions.

Common: Injection site reactions, headache, constipation, vomiting, nausea, fatigue.

Less Common: Increased CPK, ALT, AST, GGT levels, somnolence, sedation, dizziness.

Postmarketing Reports: Serotonin syndrome, adrenal insufficiency, anaphylaxis, androgen deficiency, injection site complications, hypoglycemia.

Contraindicated: Dronedarone, fluconazole, posaconazole, thioridazine, lefamulin, olanzapine/samidorphan, thalidomide.

Store in the refrigerator between 2 - 8 °C and protect from freezing. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
