The Patient Support Department was established in 2019 with the goal of providing services to patients and addressing their concerns. This department is dedicated to continuously improving the quality of its services by fostering a customer-oriented approach. This involves informing and educating both patients and nurses. A genuine sense of companionship and empathy towards patients is fundamental to the unit’s activities, with the overarching aim of contributing to a healthy and vibrant society.
We believe that with sincere efforts and cooperation from the medical and nursing communities, we can make significant progress toward fostering a health-oriented lifestyle in our country. By promoting this mindset, enhancing interactions, and implementing effective planning, we aim to ensure that the treatment process is completed with as much peace of mind as possible for our valued patients, utilizing Varian Pharmed products. In line with these goals and vision, the following activities have been carried out so far:
In-person training for over 865 nurses nationwide (655 trusted centers)
Meeting with doctors and exchanging treatment information nationwide
Preparing educational videos, posters and brochures
Conduct periodic evaluations of injection centers every quarter
Introducing the pharmacy that is closest to the patient's residence
Introducing the nearest reliable drug injection center
Establishing multiple contact channels to respond to patients' inquiries
Setting up social networks
Setting up a company website and link space to access information
Launching and deploying a CRM system for recording information and tracking
Details about insurance coverage
Addressing and resolving complaints related to pharmaceuticals
Organizing educational meetings to support patients
Supporting indigent patients
