Chlorpheniramine is a histamine-H1 receptor antagonist indicated for the management of symptoms associated with upper respiratory allergies.

IM, S.C. Slow IV Injection (over 1 minute)
Administer as per prescribed dose via IM, S.C. or slow IV injection over 1 minute.

There are no adverse reactions listed in the manufacturer’s labeling.

Aclidinium, Glycopyrronium (Topical), Ipratropium (Oral Inhalation), Oxatomide, Umeclidinium: May enhance the anticholinergic effect. Avoid combination.
Azelastine (Nasal), Bromperidol, Kratom, Nabilone, Olopatadine (Nasal), Oxomemazine: May enhance the CNS depressant effect. Avoid combination.
Flunarizine, Thalidomide, Orphenadrine, Paraldehyde: May enhance the CNS depressant effect. Avoid combination.
Mavorixafor: May increase serum concentration of CYP2D6 Substrates. Avoid combination.
Noscapine: May enhance adverse/toxic effect. Avoid combination.
Pitolisant: May diminish therapeutic effect. Avoid combination.
Potassium Chloride, Potassium Citrate: May enhance ulcerogenic effect. Avoid combination.
Pramlintide: May enhance anticholinergic effect on the GI tract. Avoid combination.
Tranylcypromine: May enhance anticholinergic effect. Avoid combination.
Store below 30°C, keep the ampoule in the outer carton to protect from light and freezing.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
